职位描述:
协助人力资源部完成日常性管理工作,主要包括:
1.招聘信息的发布、简历的浏览、筛选、候选人的联系等;
2.定期汇报招聘状况,确保招聘工作有效性;
3.完成员工录用等相关手续的办理;
4.协助组织各种企业文化活动;
5.完成上级交办的其他任务。 Description:
1. Support HR to handle the routine recruiting jobs such as candidates searching, interview arranging, website updating.
2. Searching for competitive resumes in accordance with precise job description of the positions.
3. Assist in staff onboard preparation.
4. Support for company activities.
5.Other jobs assigned by HR superviser.
1.本科学历;
2.人力资源或相关专业;
3.良好的英语听说读写能力,6级以上;
4.善于沟通并具备良好的沟通能力;工作主动,热情;
5.熟练操作办公软件。
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Fresh graduate, major relevant to HRM or Management.
3. Good English skills, both written and spoken, CET-6 will preferance
4.Full-passion, responsible, communicative, detail focused and hardworking
