岗位职责与职业发展：
在机械工程技术、市场与管理的各部门提供实习机会，对通过实习期，并愿意在公司谋求工作的同学将根据特长与爱好设计相应的职业发展通道。
基本要求：
全日制本科毕业一年内或大学三、四年级有较多自由时间，机械或相关专业优先考虑。
