Job Description:
? Be mainly in charge of the field of staffing by monitoring the whole hiring process through staffing |
plan, job analysis and design, recrutiment process, interview and selection, offer confirmation |
and orientation. |
? Assist employees for their work permit and resident permit application. |
? Prepare HR reports and other related documentations. |
? Provide with consulting service to the employees with regard to explaination of HR polices, |
company regulations and help maintain a healthy and smooth employee relations within the |
organization. |
Job Qualification:
1. College degree or above with major on related fields
2. Good interpersonal skills including fluent oral and written English; can communicate with all levels
3. Quick learner, hard working, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, good team player
4. Fluent PC software skills
