Account Manager Profile
A. Accountabilities of the job:
Accountability 1. Sales activities
Ø Reach the sales target including Revenue and Gross margin
Hunt for new Accounts and develop solid sales opportunities and close deals
Ø Farm existing Accounts and develop new sales opportunities and expand Easynet Solution Panatration
Ø Biuld up and maitain Account Development Plan
Ø Manage and submit accurate pipeline report and weekly report on time
Ø Attending Sales and marketing activities and follow the sales leads
Accountability 2. International cooperation
Ø Follow up European sales leads and develop local sales opportunities and support European sales team to close global deals
Ø Providing efficient support to European Sales, Operation and others teams to win business and reach the corperate financial target
Ø Generate International sales leads out of China to dirve European sales team to sell China Solutions and products
Ø Attending Global Sales meeting via Telecom conference, Video conference
Accountability 3. Internal coordination
Ø Provide adequate information to post sales Dept.& commercial Dept. on customer required project implementation planning
Ø Develop medium and long term strategies with the management to ensure maximum business return from customers
Ø Align with pre-sales team to learn new technologies and solution
Ø Help project manager to finish project
Ø Helping Commercial and financal team to collect AR on time
Ø Being a team member on company daily operation to support different departments
B. Requests of the candidates:
Education level & general experience
–Bachelor degree or above;
- Very good English skills both on Writing and speaking;
- Basic network, Software or any IT related selling experiences are preferred
- Any enterprises targeted selling experiences are preferred
Technical knowledge
- Sales Marketing and business management knowledge background are preferred
- Broad knowledge of system integration and networking technologies
Behavioural indicators
- Hard and proactive working attitude
- Open minded with good Communicative and negotiation skills
- Honest and integrity
- Persistence and creative attitude to solve problems
- Good sense of credibility and responsibility of getting things done.
