Job Name: Research Engineer - Machine Health Monitoring
工艺和机床健康状况监测研究员/副研究员
Job Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
M.S. degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
3+ years experience in machine health monitoring, familiar with data acquisition, data segmentation, feature extraction and health assessment
Ability in signal processing and diagnostics algorithms/models for machinery
Proficiency in Matlab, Labview
Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
Proactive at work and project management experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with global teams to initiate and develop technology of machine health monitoring for conventional machining (grinding, turning and milling to achieve performance degradation indicator.
Process row data with process of data acquisition, data segmentation, feature extraction and health assessment
Design and conduct machining experiments, record research data, acquire and manage signals to build process models for data analysis and decision-making.
Document research results through patent applications, technical reports, and publications.
