Position: Rising Pioneer Program Trainee (Customer Care Specialist)
Location: 天津
Job Responsibilities
? Primary contact for customer interface
? Schedules & manage customer orders
? Quotes new business with pricing and availability
? Answers phone, responses to email and other inquiries
? Works to resolve disconnects between customer need and availability
? Analyzes problems related to delivery and determines root causes/solutions
? Provide early warning to customers on product delivery issues
? Work closely with related team to achieve sales and OTTR target
Position Requirements
? Bachelor Degree
? Good command of speaking and writing in English
? Proficiency in PC operations such as Word, Excel, etc..
? Patient, careful, strong team player, responsive, good coordination skills and can be work under pressure
? Able to prioritize tasks based on customer impact and importance
