职位描述：
Title: Software Customer Support Engineer/Vehicle Engineering
Reports to: Manager of Customer Support - Advanced Stimulation Technology
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Ÿ To provide AVL software support to customers, including pre-sales and after-sales support
Ÿ To provide technical support to sales and marketing activities
Business Development Tasks:
Ÿ Make contribution to improve customer support: update training materials, presentation materials in local language
Ÿ Make contribution to sales and marketing: writing new proposals according to customer’s special requirement; Identify prospects from technical point of view; etc.
Operational Tasks:
Ÿ For pre-sales support: make detailed introduction of SW and applications to customers, and have technical discussions with customers
Ÿ For after-sales support: provide standard and advanced training; and provide daily support through telephone and emails; perform project work and provide related guidance to customers
Ÿ For marketing support: provide technical materials for marketing activities; and organize/host technical seminars; help planning marketing activities for the coming year
Ÿ On-line support: manage responsible group of AST China internet forum, and answer questions from users.
Rights and Responsibilities:
Ÿ Receive internal technical training in China or Graz
Ÿ Responsible for training material and technical marketing material preparation
Ÿ Responsible for successful contract execution of technical part
Ÿ Responsible for training/projects completion
Ÿ Responsible for customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Ÿ Master degree or above majoring in vehicle engineering
Ÿ Familiar with vehicle dynamics simulation
Ÿ Proficient in vehicle system theory, having experiences that help to instruct customers to carry out projects in vehicle dynamics simulation, control system development, and vehicle on-road experiments
Ÿ Familiar with simulation, design and calibration procedure for Pure Electrical Vehicle & Hybrid Electrical Vehicle.
Ÿ Good teamwork abilities; good communication skills;
Ÿ Good oral & written technical English
Ÿ Strong engine experience and background is a plus
Ÿ Familiar with AVL Advanced Stimulation Technology product portfolio is a plus
Ÿ Be able to make business trips
