	职位描述： 2010 Management Associate Program FFH China Management Associate Program (MA Program) offers unique opportunities to talented young graduates. We are looking for candidates to join us who have the potential to be future leaders of our vehicles. FFH China MA Program is designed to develop high-potential individuals to be advanced to management roles through intensive training, rotation and stretch assignments across different business segments. Management Associate will experience real hands-on challenges working with our top management and professionals from various financial background across countries. Management Associate need to be flexible and adaptable as assignments which are arranged based on business needs, and he/she should be very mobile to travel at relatively short notice. Whatever assignment, Management Associate will be expected to learn fast, add value quickly and use experiences or learning immediately to build your cross- function and cultural knowledge. As a Management Associate, he/she may benefit from diverse learning opportunities as gathering the necessary skill-set and knowledge to advance career.
