职位介绍/Job Description
(1)The Operations Manager Program
We will train ambitious and talented university graduates to acquire knowledge, skills and experience through a systematic and intensive development program. The program is aimed to develop the individuals for the role of Operations Manager in two years, and subsequently to a senior management role within five years.
(2)The Solution Design Program
We will train ambitious and talented university graduates to acquire knowledge, skills and experience through a systematic and intensive development program. The program is aimed to develop the individuals for the role of Solution Design Engineer in one years, and subsequently to a Solution Design Manager role within three years.
如何申请/How to Apply
We are looking for fresh graduates or post-graduates with less than two years’ working experience, and fulfils the following criteria :
• Majoring in supply chain/logistics/transportation management/industrial engineering, and possess outstanding academic results
• Good executive presence and strong leadership qualities
• Solid communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Positive and results oriented, with ability to adapt well to the environment
• Committed and self motivated individual who believes and will drive for excellence
• Geographically mobile and willing to travel extensively within China
