1. The Overall Introduction of Management Trainee Program
管理培训生项目大致介绍
The purpose of the Management Trainee Program is to build a pool of supervisory or management resource for the company within 18 months of the traineeship.
管理培训生项目的目标是通过18个月的加速跨部门培训，为公司提供年轻和优秀的管理人才资源。
l The traineeship is an 18-month accelerated program.
受训期是为期18个月的加速培养过程。
l Trainees will be assigned to a business service throughout the duration, but in the course of the traineeship, will cross into other operations as part of the learning process.
管理培训生将会分派到一个业务部门作为管理培训生，但在整个受训期间，他们也会接触到其他部门的商业操作，作为其跨部门学习的一部分。
l Trainees will be exposed to a variety of learning experiences ranging from classroom training, on-the-job supervision, hands-on experience, project work, to the carrying-out of day-to day operational tasks.
管理培训生将有机会接受各种各样的学习和培训，从课堂式的培训，在职管理培训，到亲自参与并学习普通的日常业务操作，及参加特殊的项目作业。
l At all times, the trainee will be under the care of a Supervisor (for work-related tasks), as well as a Mentor (for matters relating to the trainee’s overall well-being).
管理培训生将分配给与其工作相关的主管进行日常管理，公司还会安排高层担任他们的导师，为管理培训生提供全方面的关心和指导。

3. Selection Process
选择过程
The selection process consists of 5 stages:
选择过程包括五个阶段：
Stage 1: CV Screening
第一阶段 简历筛选
Stage 2： First-round interview by HR
第二阶段： 人事部的第一轮面试
Stage 3: Short-listed candidates will be required to complete an on-line
behavioral assessment

Stage 4: Short-listed candidates will be invited to a final panel interview
第四阶段： 通过次审的候选人将被邀请参加最终的专家小组面试
Stage 5: Final candidates will receive the offer from IDS

Academic Qualifications

l Graduate with a bachelor or master degree

l We prefer students with science or engineering major background, especially from the following subject areas - Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Management Information System, Business Administration and other correlative majors.
