Role: Provides all technology services throughout the product life cycle (Installation of Hardware & defined Software, repair and upgrade) The product include HP enterprise HP-UX server, storage product and software related with HP-UX operation systems. Responsibilities: • Solve the customer application system defect in a timely manner while balancing customer satisfaction and delivery effort • Maintain relationship with the customer. Contacts the remote teams if necessary and keeps contact with the account team if applicable
Qualification and Skills: 1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 2. Good communication skills; 3. Good English skills both in oral and written.
2. Volume Service Delivery Management – Beijing/Shanghai
Role & Responsibility: Manage or administrate PSG/IPG product support in one or more than one areas: 1. Support PSG/IPG business growth by engaging with PSG/IPG Business Unite for product support planning, support readiness on new product & service requirement, local differential service designing and deployment. 2. Provides Service lifecycle management of HP PSG/IPG products & services to enable delivery team to delight our customers. 3. Manage PSG key accounts to improve total customer experience and collaborate with sales team to grow business. 4. Service partner management to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualification & skills: - Bachelor’s or Master’s (graduate) degree in physics, electronics, product design, computer science or equivalent. - Clear and effective communication skills - Creative and can logically simplify to solve complicated problems - Open and positive attitude- Ownership and leadership |
