1 Reporting to: Education&Traning Manager, Belimed China
2 Position Scope:
This role is equally focused on driving excellence in customer product applications & technical support for both the pre-sales and post-sales process and training
Interacts with Applied Pharmaceutical and laboratory customers, field sales, sales managers, marketing and technical support staff
3 Key Responsibilities:
Support sales staff to provide technical and applications expertise in response to customer inquiries
Prepares and presents seminars to customers, potential customers and internal employees as requested
Provides start-up applications training to customers on site
Provides technical training to Sales staff and collaborates with them to develop technical selling strategies
Attends technical training and pharmaceutical/ laboratory meetings to gather information on new trends, products and discoveries affecting Belimed products
Coordinate with Educational&Training manager and sale staff for management of Belimed pharmaceutical/ laboratory projects.
Collect Pharm/Lab product information and create sales tools ,like manuals, leaflets, assist sales and other colleagues. If required of company, he has to initiate translations of these documents to Chinese language.
4 Education/Experience:
Bachelor degree major in Pharmacology, Biology, Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering. Preferred experience of 1-2 years experience in Pharmaceutical or Laboratory area.
Able and willing to learning new technology and new skill.
Well communication skills required, either to internal partner and customers.
Fluent oral and well written English skill are must. CET 6 certificate is a minimum requirement.
Well computer skills using Microsoft office and ACAD
Able and willing to travel extensively to cover our distributed base throughout China.
