A global leading company in aviation industry looks for customer service talents

To support its rapid business growth in China, a global company in aviation industry is looking for well experienced customer service personals with high qualifications for the following position:

Customer Service

Job Responsibilities
To support and service customers and principals in accordance with company's goals and strategies
To assist Sales Managers implement and develop sales and - service solutions towards customers
To follow up and handle customer orders, - quotations and - back orders.  Professional telemarketing towards both customers and suppliers/principals
To establish and maintain necessary customer databases, which must contain correct and updated data for the daily sales-, quotation- and order handling tasks. This inclusive of shipping-data
To register/create of new customers following approval by Manger - Customer Service and the relevant Sales Manager
To handle customer returned/rejected goods in prompt and efficient way
To participate in external key customer visits as per agreement with the relevant Sales Manager and Manger - Customer Service
To maintain and develop customer service quality level
To inform relevant Sales Manager about potential changes in the customers operation behavior/pattern
To comment/advise on undesirable conditions within the organization,and propose potential solutions for improvements
To Contribute to a positive and inspiring working environment

Job Requirements
The successful candidate is preferred to hold Bachelor degree of major in international trade, supply chain or other related specialty.
be under 35 years old.
have minimum 1 year working experience in similar job funtion .
Employment with foreign company is preferred.
be extrovert (people oriented), have good communication and negotiation skills,be service minded, problem solver, team builder, be open to/for new ideas and to learn and be honest/loyal.
has ability to and willingness to make decisions in difficult situations, to take charge/responsibility and show initiative be a self starter, and  likes/thrives working under pressure/hard,and has strong self discipline.
be fluent in both verbal and written English, be able to  work with
PC , used to Work with office software.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working out of the company's Beijing office.
The company will provide a competitive compensation package to the successful candidate.
