浙江招聘职位Global Services Operations in Hangzhou Office (Job ID 29618)

:

Position of Fund Administrator:

Administration of assigned accounts including daily cash reporting, month-end report generation, reconciliation, new business conversion, interaction with various units locally and overseas. Accuracy, timeliness and maintenance of client satisfaction are imperatives in this position.

• Daily Cash Reporting

   

• Daily/Ad-hoc Fund Valuation

   

• Daily Monitoring of Fund Activity (trades, income, cash, etc.)

   

• Cash and Securities Reconciliations

   

• Asset /new business conversions

   

• Issues resolution

   

• Other duties as assigned

   

Position of Reconciliation Administrator:

• Support State Street’s clients and/or Fund Administration teams by providing core reconciliation services.

   

• Reconcile, monitor and investigate all portfolio (i.e. the fund) cash and securities activities.

   

• Responsible for managing risk for clients through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of cash and share variances

   

• Provide quick and swift resolution to complex issues and assist management with miscellaneous projects

   

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external contacts to promote expeditious problem resolution.

   

• Troubleshoot and use problem resolution skills to research and resolve all types of exceptions with minimal to no assistance.

   

• Maintain clear verbal communication skills with peers, supervisor, and business units to ensure issues are appropriately addressed and resolved in a timely manner. 

   

• Monitor emails from custodians & internal business units to ensure all are responded to in a timely manner.

   

• Additional responsibilities upon request 

   

Requirements:

• University or college designation with concentration in Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting preferred.  Candidates in other majors with strong passion to build their career in Finance field are also welcome.

   

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English is essential

   

• Computer literacy in Excel and Word required

   

• Basic Accounting knowledge is preferred but not a must

   

• Number sensitive and detail oriented

   

• Team player with strong interpersonal skill

   

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment

   

• Flexible, ready to work on public holidays
