responsibilities:
1.Managing the files of expatriates and responsible for Visa, passport and so on.
2.Contacting with intermediary institutions and responsible for the affairs of house tenancy for expatriates。
3.Translating and sending invitations when expatriates are relocated to China。
4.Updating the contact form of organization
requirements:
1.Being resilient and communicative.
2.Working under pressure and having a good ability of time management.
3.Good at English,CET6 IS A MUST.
4.Sophomore or Junior, 3 days available per week.

Responsibilities:
-Internal communication
-Publicizing
-Translation
-Activities support
Job Requirement:
-CET-6 is a MUST
-Strong English, English major preferred
-3 days per week
-good skills at office,especially in Excel &Word
