Position: HR Intern
Duration: full-time (5 days/week) 3-6 months
Responsibilities:
§ Coordinate staffing process (e.g. recruitment ad , select high potential candidates, interview arrangement, confirm new associate's body check result, etc)
§ Coordinate employee relationship related projects and prepare monthly reports
§ Manage employee personal information change
§ Provide administrative support to other associates when needed
Requirements:
§ Bachelor Degree or third-year above in university;
§ Preferred with HR or administration related education background;
§ Skillful at computer and Microsoft office, especially at Excel and Word;
§ Good command of English both in oral and written.
