Shipping Clerk (Guangzhou)
Main Responsibilities: - Documents creating and following. - Account receivable follow-up. - Communication between customers and different departments of our company including in Guangzhou, HK, US, Brazil and Europe. - Customer relationship build-up and maintenance.
Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above, major in International Trade or related disciplines. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficient in reading, writing, listening and speaking English. - Proactive and detail-minded, with good problem solving and customer service sense. - can work at high pressure, good teamwork spirit. |
