Job scope:
1. Check all of the invoice and receipt which provided by employee;
2. Check all of the employee's Claim report; Communicate with engineer for the mistakes incurred;
3. Arrange and handle all the staff's claim & payroll delivery;
4. Check all of payment request and relevant invoices, arrange the online payments based on company's payment terms;
5. Prepare the daily DCR & DOR reports to HQ;
6. Prepare the weekly bank & cash detail report to HQ;
7. Prepare the bank consolidation report;
8. Prepare the monthly statutory reports which need submit to the State tax bureau, the Statistic government, the finance ministry, and other related;
9. Purchase the tax invoices and handle the issues related the tax government and the bank;
10. Collect the monthly vouchers and arrange the bonding, also in charge of the finance archive collection.


Requirement
1. At least with Junior College degree , major in Accounting;
2. Excellent ability in MS, especially Excel;
3. Good written and communication skills in English and Mandarin;
4. Intelligent, hardworking, meticulous, independent, and good team spirits.
