职位描述：

Cold Call

 a.        List at least 25% of target company

b.        Not only identify names but also understand part of organization of the target function team

c.        Try best to identify full name including extension number, email or mobile number

d.        Full search report preparation – 50% of short listed candidates should be from new search

 

Warm Call

 a.        Effective Approach – Client background, job responsibilities, selling points and etc.

b.       Communication with potential candidates

1.          Brief check with interested candidates; English, working experiences, “must-have” points

2.          Maintain relationship with not interested candidates; professionally asking for recommendation, clear record why he or she not interested, over qualified, not qualified, feeling interested in which level position, and etc. for future approach.

3.          Get more information in the related industry like competitors, related industry to find what other companies we can search.

 

Follow – up

 Interview Arrangement

a.        Date, Place, Interviewer background, dress code

b.       Arrangement double confirmation 24 hours in advance.

c.        Email/SMS confirm instead of phone talk

 

After interview follow up

a.        Feedbacks from candidates

b.       Further interview arrangement

职位要求：

a .logical and clear mind

b. team working and like to communicating with people

c. willing to learn new things and being a quick learner

d. above CET 4

e. promising more than 3 days available per week for at least 6 months

f. those who will graduate in 2010 preferred. We also offer this headcount as a permanent employee
