job description:

1) 根据客户要求设计满足客户需求的产品,主要负责电子部分的设计,并提供相应的技术支持.
According to customer request to design compatible prodcuts. The main job is design electronic parts and provide technical support correspondingly.
2) 负责对所设计的产品电子部分进行调试和测试,同时编写BOM，测试规范等技术文件.
Responsibility for new designed products electronic parts debugging and testing. Creating technical documents include BOM and test specification etc...

job contenet:

1) 与客户设计部门进行沟通，根据客户需求进行产品电子部分设计。

Work with customer technical department, to design electronic parts of prodcuts according to customer request.
2) 负责提交产品电子部分设计方案，依据设计要求制作样品、提供产品性能测试报告。
Responsibility for preparing electronic design proposal, according to design request to build sample, make prodcut functional test and provide report.
3) 负责所设计的产品进行调试、试产，以及该产品的可靠性验证、CE、UL等认证工作。
Responsibility for new designed products debugging and try run, preparation of documents for CE, UL or other electronic safety standards testing.
4) 协助开发新供应商以满足新产品的设计需求，参与老供应商的评审，对现有型号质量改进，降低成本提出建议。
Support to develop new supplier according to new prodcuts design request, evaluate current supplier, continue improve the quality for current material, suggestion for costdown.
5) 配合销售部门开发新的客户，协调与其他相关部门的沟通与合作，并且提供必要的技术支持。
Work with Sales department for develop new customer. make good cooperation and communication
with other related departments. And provide necessary technical support.
6) 检查并维护所设计的产品BOM和相关技术资料、图纸，编写产品说明和测试等相关技术标准。
Review and maintain technical documents, BOM and related drawing. Creating product manual,
standard and test specification.

job qualification:

1) 大学本科或以上，电子工程及相关专业毕业。
Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering.
2) 具有良好的沟通能力及人员沟通能力。
Good communication and people communication skills.
3) 具有良好的电子元器件知识，熟悉电子，机械设计绘图软件，熟练应用单片机软、硬件设计。
Strong knowhow in Electronic Component.And familiar with electronic, mechanical design software. Be good at MCU software & Hardware design.
4) 熟悉电子制造标准和知识,对于失败分析能提供必要的技术支持。
Strong knowhow in the standards rules for Electronic Manufacturing field. Strong support in the Failure Analysis, when required.

5) 能在压力下工作,具有独立解决问题和能与他人合作的能力。
To be able to work under pressure. Can solve problem independently. Good team work player.
6) 良好的英文读写、表达能力，以及计算机运用能力。
Proficiency in written and oral English is a must; Good Computer skills.
