2. About 2010 FLEP:
FLEP (Future Leaders Education Program) is a talent pipeline for ON Shenzhen. It is the way that recent university graduates join ON-SZ, and towards creating a talent pool within ON-Shenzhen. The process is:
1） Campus Interviews (December 2009~April 2010)
2） Plant Interviews (December 2009~May 2010)
3） Selected new members on board (July, 2010)
a) 3 days orientation program to introduce them to our organization, Products, Procedures,etc.
b）Rotation stage of the program. In this stage, ON managers and/or Project Leaders identify a project or activity needed to be performed and thatprovide a good learning experience for the new members. They go for work for the managers who create the project for a period of 4 months, 2 months and 1 month.
c) Each new member goes through 3 rotations. They are asked to gain different experiences in their rotations.
d) At the end of rotations, the new hires will have 7 months of diverse experience and ON have an opportunity to evaluate their performance in avariety of settings. At this point, the best position for them is jointly determined.
VACANCIES
General Requirements:
1. Good communication skills in both written and oral English. Pass CET-6 is required.
2. Familiar with office software.
3. Good team player with excellence interpersonal skills.
4. Able to thinking clearly, sensibly, logically and base on facts.
5. Self motivated.
Positions:
1、Production Support Engineer /Injection and Extrusion Engineer:
- Bachelor’s or above degree inMacromolecule Material or Plastic Molding/Extrusion.
- Solid Knowledge in plastic process.
- Be interested in precision injection molding technology;
- Strong skills in Auto CAD or 3D application.
