主要职责:

1.        根据美容顾问实际情况进行柜台实地培训, 协助经理做好美容顾问课堂培训；

2.        招聘、发展、考核、激励美容顾问；

3.        专柜柜台日常管理；

4.        及时跟进和反馈产品分销及价格问题；

5.        及时准确提供报表记录。

具体要求：

1.        大学本科；

2.        热爱化妆品事业；

3.        具有较强的领导、良好的组织、沟通能力，善于激励及人员管理；

4.        良好的英文基础；

5.        良好电脑技能，如电子邮件、Excel、word等；

6.        当地城镇户口优先考虑；

7.        性格外向。

Olay Training Supervisor (Non-management Trainee) ------ Job Number: CBD00010653

Responsibility:

1.        On-job training for Beauty Counselors; Assist Manager to hold Classroom training for Beauty Counselors;

2.        Recruit/ Develop / Assess and Motivate Beauty Counselors;

3.        Counter daily management;

4.        Follow up and feedback products distribution and price issue timely;

5.        Prepare and provide report timely and correctly.

Requirements:

1.        Bachelor degree;

2.        Passion for Skin Care & cosmetics beauty business;

3.        Strong leadership, good in communication and people management;

4.        Good at English listening and reading;

5.        Good computer skills, good at using e-mail, Excel and Word;

6.        Local HuKou is preferred;

7.        Outgoing.
