Leadership Development Program - Hydraulics & Aerospace Asia Pacific
Job Description: Eaton Corporation located in Shanghai has 6 openings for Leadership Development Program (LDP) – Hydraulics & Aerospace Asia Pacific.
The LDP program will develop and prepare participants to work in a variety of functional areas, as well as develop leadership competencies. The program's duration is 3 years and provides participants with progressive rotations in functional areas such as engineering, operations, quality, front line supervision, supply chain management, lean manufacturing, product management, marketing analysis, and project management etc.
Throughout the development cycle, this program will provide participants with meaningful projects where individual efforts and contributions are critical to our success. Qualified participants will receive multiple opportunities of formal training, networking, and assignment coaching in addition to receiving ongoing formal feedback in order to evaluate personal progress and identify development opportunities.

Requirements: The LDP program is designed for candidates major in Fluid Power Control Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, with relevant internship or co-op experience, and have future career aspirations in operations and manufacturing leadership.
Successful candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials,
strong analytical skills, have excellent written and oral English communication skills, and demonstration of inclination and competency toward leadership roles.
