一. 公司简介
Winston Company began in 1962 as a research and development entity of a large energy company MAPCO Inc. MAPCO and Phillips Petroleum jointly developed a group of biotechnology products by combining natural bacteria & enzyme to digest naturally human and other organic waste. One project included a product used aboard the NASA’s space capsules. More than 500 advance products now make-up the Winston Line.
Winston is an authorized vendor to Wal-Mart and under the Disney License we will be producing products for Wal-Mart and setting up an import and export company in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China. Long term we will build a complete manufacturing facility.

二. 招聘岗位
工程师 若干名
岗位描述：
（1） 负责公司产品的设计及改进；
（2） 产品零部件选型,供应商的管理与沟通;
（3） 保持与美国公司的联系。
岗位要求：
（1） 机械相关专业，本科学历，英语六级，口语优秀；
（2） 熟练运用CAD制图软件；
（3） 熟练操作Office等办公软件；
（4） 较强的时间观念和沟通协调能力；
（5） 做事严谨,有上进心。
薪资待遇：
（1） 工资面议；
（2） 五险一金；
（3） 食宿补贴。
