职位描述/Job Description:
1.负责公司电话接转和来访人员的接待
Operating incoming call and transfer, visitors reception;
2.负责票务、酒店的预订,以及签证的办理
Booking tickets,reserving hotel rooms and applying visa;
3.负责快件收发与结算
Handling incoming and outgoing postal mails;
4.负责办公用品的发放与管理
Managing office materials;
5.负责会议室的安排和公司车辆的调度
Administrative work of meeting room and company cars arrangement
6.协助领导进行其他行政工作
Assist to do other administrative work
职位要求/Job Requirement:
1.行政管理或相关专业,专科以上学历
Administration management or relative major, colleage degree or above.
2.一年以上相关行政接待工作经验,熟悉工作流程;应届毕业生有一定的实习经历者可考虑。
At least one year’s experience in administrative work, this year's graduates with experience is acceptable.
3.良好的沟通协调能力,工作主动性强,有高度的责任心和一定的灵活性
Good communication skills, work pre-actively ,responsibility and mobility
4.英语熟练者优先
Good knowledge of English is preferred.
