工作内容：
LTE/LTE-advanced research
(1)Carry out research in 4G areas, especially LTE-advanced
(2)Research on PHY/MAC algorithms
(3)Develop system level simulator on Matlab/C
(4)Submit proposals for standardization
要求学历：PhD/Master
要求专业：EE/CS, wireless communication
要求经验：
(1)Professional R&D experience in cellular networks, familiar with LTE PHY/MAC algorithms and simulation
(2)Experience of network planning/deployment/optimization is a plus
要求技能：
(1)Good knowledge of wireless network technologies (MIMO, beamforming, OFDM/OFDMA, SC-FDMA, CoMP, relay, channel coding, multi-user scheduling, radio resource management, cross-layer optimization)
(2)Good knowledge of radio system architecture, protocols and standards (in particular 3GPP LTE)
(3)Matlab/ C/C programming skill is a good plus
