Brief Introduction
Century Huafeng is large-scale industry group which take the modern architecture, the brand real estate, the overseas service and the investment development as its main industry, take the property as the link, take the modern joint-stock company system as the organization form, take allies and cooperation as the assistance system. It has the national top-grade intelligence, the international vanguard technology system and historical brand. The total property of the group is 6,000,000,000 RMB, the net assets reach to 2,100,000,000 RMB, and the yearly turnover is exceeding 5,000,000,000 RMB. It has more than 10,000 staffs, with 1200 of which are technical staffs and managers.

Real Estate Group: engaged in the branded housing product development; functional business real estate development, the city and countryside ecology area development; the design and sales of real estate products. It is now owned 6 subsidiary companies which are famous in Zhejiang province, and was rated as top-class real estate brand.
Overseas Group: engaged in the overseas architectural engineering construction, the overseas property development, the international project cooperation, the international trade, the labor services exporting, and international economy technical collaboration. It is now own 6 overseas subsidiary companies, and has already undertaken large-scale construction projects in Thailand, Malaysia and Angola, with a total area at 7,000,000 square meters.
Investment Develop and Manage Group: engaged in industrial development plan, related industry investment, emerging industrial investment, enterprise merger and acquisition, investment cooperation, resources management and capital management. At present, the key point of the group is operating projects on science and technology, education, strategic resources and new rural reconstruction. Huafeng Foreign Economic and Technical College is already established. A state-level Huafeng Construction Science and Technology Innovation Center and Huafeng Designs Institution are also under positive construction.

随着建筑与房地产形势及企业自身的发展，不断引进新生力量作为企业重要的经营生产战略，而即将毕业的2010届大学生则是这股力量的主要来源。根据国家行业的宏观部署及宁波市人事单位的支持安排，经世纪华丰控股有限公司人力资源部与各下辖各集团公司人事部门集体研究，我公司2010年应届大学生招聘计划正式出台。
由于公司经营规模创历史新高，2010年我公司拟招聘的应届大学生数量将突破历史水平，要求学历层次之高也是空前的。本次拟招聘大学生共计150人，控股公司及其下辖5大产业集团27个用人单位（部门）共计有26大类专业类属将该批人员分配在20个岗位上；此次专门针对华丰建设(利比亚公司)大学生招聘岗位人数为50人，所需求专业为：
1、建筑工程(工业、民用建筑)，20名；
2、建筑材料学专业或建材试验方面专业，5名（可以是职业技术学院毕业生）；
3、资料员或与与档案管理专业，3名；
4、英语专业5名（女）；
5、建筑经济类专业（工程造价、预决算等）3~5名；
6、建筑工程类毕业生，有二本以上，英语四级以上，若干人；
7、机械、设备维修，5名（可以是职业技术学院毕业生）；
8、建筑材料学专业或建材试验方面专业的学生，5名。
此次大学生招聘主要以培养骨干和为企业未来提供优秀人才储备与供给为目的。此次招聘的特点在于：因为以上岗位的特殊性，除英语专业外，均要求为男性；学历除了岗位要求可以是职业技术类外，均要求本科以上学历；基本要求英语能力CET-4及以上；并要求应聘的大学生在校期间表现优秀，学习成绩良好。通过选拔有幸选上的大学生在派往利比亚公司学习、锻炼的2年时间内，能服从公司的岗位安排，听从领导指示，勤奋好学，吃苦耐劳，珍惜这次工作机会。
