延锋百利得（上海）汽车安全系统有限公司是由延锋伟世通汽车饰件系统有限公司和美国百利得安全系统公司(Key Safety Systems, Inc.)共同投资成立。总投资为3250万美元，注册资金为1300万美元。 公司主要从事汽车安全系统的设计、开发、测试、制造以及销售，产品包括方向盘、安全气囊模块、安全带、气袋以及整个汽车被动安全系统。
公司坐落在上海浦东康桥工业园区，整个厂区包括世界级的技术中心大楼，拥有世界一流的汽车安全系统测试和试验设备，为国内首家配备动态滑道碰撞试验机的汽车安全系统供应商。该技术中心不仅能够满足公司自身的安全系统产品的研发需求，同时还将承担国内以及国外主机客户对安全系统产品工程开发的需求，其工程开发业务涵盖亚太地区。
目前主要的客户：为上海通用，上海大众,一汽大众，神龙富康，BBDC等汽车整车厂提供配套的汽车安全系统产品。
Yanfeng Key (Shanghai) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd. (“Yanfeng Key ”) is a joint venture invested by Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd (“Yanfeng Visteon ”)and Key Safety Systems, Inc. (“KSS”), which is based in USA. The total capital investment of Yanfeng Key is USD 32.5 million, including the registered capital of USD 13 million. Yanfeng Key is specialized in the design, development, test, manufacture and sales of automotive safety systems, including steering wheels, airbag modules, seat belt ，cushion and whole automotive restraint safety systems.
Yanfeng Key is located in Kangqiao Industrial Zone in Shanghai, including a world class technical center which contains automotive safety system test facilities, including a dynamic sled testing system, which is the first in China by an automotive safety system company. The technical center is able to provide not only in-house engineering services for Yanfeng Key, but also for all OEM customers in China and from overseas. The technical center is becoming to be one of three major R&D centers, with its engineering coverage of the Asia-Pacific region.
Our customers: we offer the automotive safety product to SGM, SVW, FAW-VW, DPCA, BBDC, and so on.
