Already present in China in 1916 and with an increased development in the last 15 years, Air Liquide employs about 2,500 people in this country. Main activities are industrial and medical gas operations (Air Liquide China) and Engineering & Construction (Air Liquide Hangzhou and Lurgi), designing and manufacturing in China air separations units and hydrogen plants. Position:

Training Assistant (Intern) 1人
Responsibilities:
1. Give the full support to HR team in terms of Training administration.
2. Coordinate the enrollment of Trainees and well communicate with Trainer and Trainees.
3. Handle Training Invoices and follow up the payment.
4. Manage and Update the training database through HRIS.   
5. Other tasks requested within the Team.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above in English, Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology or equivalent.
2. Strong communication, organized skills and team spirit.
3. Open, flexible, smart and detail.
4. Fluent in both oral and written English.
5. Good command of MS Office, especially Excel. Experience of HRIS-Peoplesoft is preferred.

IT Intern 2人
Responsibilities:
1. PC replacement.
2. HDE deployment for Laptops.
3. Anti-virus version upgrade for All PCs.
4. Marimba agent deployment for PCs.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Information Technology or related field.
2. Familiar with MS WinXP, Ghost IMG, Windows XP.
3. Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT) general trouble shooting.
4. Good at communication and team player.
5. Learn things and adapt environment quickly.

Treasury Intern 1人
Responsibilities:
1. Support treasury team to handle things like bank loans, shareholder loans, etc.
2. Help to produce related reporting.
3. Other ad hoc missions.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting.
2. Willing to learn, rigorous, careful.
3. Self-initiative, can work under pressure, have communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Be organized, rigorous, curious, persevering, systematic and analytical.
5. Fluent in both oral and written English.
6. Good command of computing skills in spreadsheets (Excel)。
7. 6 months.
