【爱立信急聘】HR Intern for Recruitment Team
工作地点:上海长宁区天山西路1068号 爱立信(中国)通信有限公司上海分公司
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate interview arrangement for recruiters and hiring managers
-Support team leader with vendor management;
-Support campus program;
-Maintain recruiting system;
-Maintain interview record.
Required qualifications:
-Open-minded and self motivated
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
-Strong team spirit;
-Basic ability to adapt to change, strive for improvements and eager to learn new working processes, methods etc.
-Service-mindedness with internal customer focus.
-Excellent knowledge in the Mandarin and solid in English
-Proactive to share experience and knowledge with peers.
-Good computer competence
-5 days per week for 6 month or above
-Prefer Master degree
-Graduates of 2011 or 2012 ( 2011 prefered)
