Customer service in Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
To be knowledgeable about SEMIKRON product range and able to answer the basic question for the customers
Distributing the accurately and tersely information of the customers to the related person
Actively engage customers and to seek to generate sales
Welcoming visitors and guests
Assisting with conference activity
Maintaining office equipment and keeping office inventory well-stocked
Carrying out all routine tasks effectively
Requirements:
Skilled in using computer, MS Office software (word, Excel, Powerpoint..)
Great customer service attitude
Clear and friendly communication skills
Warm personality
Ability to multi-task independently under minimal supervision
Good command in written/spoken English and Chinese
Willing to lean and self-starter
Team player
