R&D Lab Engineer

Qualifications：

·        Master degree in chemistry or chemical / process engineering, desirable with good business understanding

·        Excellent analytical, organizational and communicational skills

·        Professional work attitude and willingness to learn from and with one another

·        Proficient computer skills in particular in Microsoft Office

·        Good command of written and spoken English

·        Strong mindset, strong in decision making and taking over responsibility

Responsibility:

·        Develop new product based mostly on existing technologies.

·        Support customer on special application when necessary.

·        Intensive work with central R&D in Germany as well as central product management.

·        Support R&D laboratories, QA and Technical department.

·        Analyses of new or modified production processes regarding quality and efficiency.

·        Investigation of the process capability of new or modified raw materials and processes in the lab as bases for production trials.

R&D Research Chemist

Qualifications：

·        PhD degree in chemistry or chemical engineering, desirable with good business understanding

·        Excellent analytical, organizational and communicational skills

·        Professional work attitude and willingness to learn from and with one another

·        Proficient computer skills in particular in Microsoft Office

·        Good command of written and spoken English

·        Strong mindset, strong in decision making and taking over responsibility

Responsibility:

·        Develop new adhesive based on existing and new technologies.

·        Promote this adhesive to development laboratories.

·        Intensive work with central R&D in Hamburg as well as central product management.

·        Support of d/s and s/s R&D laboratories, QA and Technical department.

·        Analyses of new or modified production processes regarding quality and efficiency.

·        Investigation of the process capability of new or modified raw materials and processes in the lab as bases for production trials.
