Position职位：Commercial Officer

 

Responsibility：

职责：

Sales order management

-quotation, contract negotiation, implementation, and subsequent follow up

Interface with financial controlling department for month-end closing tasks

Support Logistics department for relevant shipping documents & tracking goods status

Fixed asset management

Insurance program annual review and follow up

Order cost analysis

Support of order related Import/export practice

 

Requirements：

任职资格：

Skillful in SAP -SD Module

Knowledgeable in Commercial terms and conditions of business contracts

(contract laws, Incoterms)

Basic knowledge on reporting and budgeting

Fixed assets basic concept

Understand import & export procedure

3 years of experience in multinational company

Experience in order management

Experience in import&export

Customs declaration Certificate is a must.
