职位介绍：

 

作为综合监督团队的一部分，环境、健康和安全部门（EH&S）的专家主要负责在全球范围的产品制造、分销和使用的过程中，确保安全和促进环境发展。陶氏化学已经建立了一整套推进可持续发展的目标（详情请访问ww***com[点击查看]），环境、健康和安全部门将致力于在各区域范围内，推进创新，促进目标的实现。

 

环境、健康和安全部门要求从业者具备极强的人际沟通技巧、专业技术以及在主管指导下独立工作的能力。其中，有效的沟通是至关重要的，清晰地传达环境、健康和安全部门的专业建议，将有助于企业的经营和决策。

 

EH&S产品法规人员的主要职责是：

•          在负责的区域内，掌握当地产品的法规要求和发展情况，并将可能会影响陶氏产品销售的因素通知、诠释给相关人员。

•          在负责的区域内，给各个业务部门和职责部门提供相应的协助，确保产品符合各项当地EH&S产品法规要求。

•          为当地客户、立法机构、行业协会和陶氏销售部门提供产品法规咨询。

 

EH&S产品法规实习生将主要负责以下项目：

•          按照中国相关法规要求, 总结产品的物理、化学、毒理数据和危害风险控制，递交给相关政府审批部门；

•          建立新的EH&S产品法规支持模式，以便为新的应用市场业务部门提供更好的服务。

 

申请资格：

 

• 主修化学、高分子、化学工程、公共卫生、毒理学以及环境科学专业
• 积极主动，善于自我管理

• 拥有创造性思维和杰出的领导能力
• 良好的沟通能力
• 具有高度的职业道德
• 掌握制定条款和设计流程的能力
• 了解环境、健康和安全，熟悉国内的法律法规
• 杰出的分析能力和谈判技巧
• 拥有良好的沟通技巧和高度的团队合作精神 
• 流利的英语（口语，阅读和写作能力）

Overview

 

Dow EH&S (Environmental, Health and Safety) professionals are part of multi-disciplinary teams responsible for ensuring the safe and environmentally sound manufacture, distribution and use of Dow products throughout the world.  Dow has established a set of progressive Sustainability goals (ww***com[点击查看]) and our EH&S team has the responsibility for ensuring progress is made toward achieving those goals locally, regionally and globally.

 

Jobs within EH&S require strong interpersonal skills, technical knowledge and the ability to work independently with guidance from the supervisor.  Clear communication to deliver EH&S expertise and recommendations are critical to help business and management on decisions.

 

The main responsibilities of the EH&S Product Regulatory Management personnel are:

• To follow, interpret and inform concerned parties about regulatory requirements and developments which may have an impact on the sale of Dow's products in the countries of responsibility.
• To provide country-specific assistance to businesses and other functions to ensure compliance with applicable EH&S-related product regulations in the area of responsibility.
• To be the local Dow EH&S product regulatory resource for customers, authorities, industry associations and the Dow sales force.

 

The Key Projects of this EH&S Product Regulatory Management Internship Program are:

l        Summarize the  required data package for chemical substances contained in Dow products for submission to regulatory agency

l        Develop supporting models for EH&S Product Regulatory support on new market facing business

 

Qualifications:

• Chemistry, polymer science, chemical engineering, health (e.g., nursing, toxicology) or environmental science majored.
• Dynamic and self-starter
• Creative thinker with good leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Disciplined with high integrity
• Ability to develop policies and procedures
• Good understanding of  EH&S and regulatory environment in China
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
