Title: Customer Support representative- CMR management

Key responsibility:
Be responsible for establishing/loading new customer master records in the system. CMR's contain important information, such as proper ship to and bill to addresses, whether or nor customer is taxable or tax exempt, classification of customer. ie public sector, government, commercial, size of company etc. The CMR's impact downstream processes...such as billing, shipping, sales rep commission flows, database marketing etc.Relationships:
Frequent interface with order, billing, sales.Requirements:
1. Preferably in business or finance area.
2. Proficient English writing and speaking skills, can frequently communicate via e-mail and phone with global customers, business partners and Lenovo employees.Please send your email to : emily.wang@
