	职位描述： The Asia Pacific Risk is one of our company’s key stakeholders. The Asia Pacific Risk - Risk Infrastructure team (RI) is a risk specialist team, employing the risk insight into the definition and configuration of risk systems to support the dynamic risk functions for Personal Financial Services and Commercial Banking business. The team is also the regional Decisioning Centre of Excellence supporting the use of the Decision Engine SMG3 and StrategyWare for Asia Pacific and Middle East. Based in Shanghai, the Risk Infrastructure team provides joint services to this Decisioning Centre of Excellence with HK Risk Infrastructure Experts and to implement the business requirements into decision systems supporting the rollout and maintenance of risk strategies. We are now looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team. Decision Systems Support Officer Reference No.: DSSO/HTSC201003CR Vacancies: 8 Responsibilities − Support implementation of Credit strategies in decision system. − Provide support to system testing and involve in impact analysis. − Conduct initial deviation discussion and provide results for manager decision. − Support User Acceptance Testing of SMg3/StrategyWare. − Support automation in SMg3 deployment area. − Provide administrative support for documentation and filling. Requirements − University graduate preferably in information system, physics, engineering, or equivalent − Relevant banking experience with credit related background preferable − Strong analytical mind with proficiency in any programming tools; knowledge in SAS, Access, Excel, Visual Basic, etc preferable. − Attention to details, quality awareness and a team player. − Knowledge in StrategyWare and SMg3 is a definite advantage. − Proficiency in both written & spoken English. 	职位描述： Based in Shanghai, the Decision Analytics team is a part of the regional risk management team under HSBC Risk Function. Its main business service is to provide analytical solutions to assist Personal Financial Services (PFS) in managing risk throughout the entire credit management life cycle for the entire Asia Pacific areas in achieving their business plans. We are now looking for a self-motivated professional to join our team to develop technical and management solutions using advanced analytical skills. Responsibilities - Develop and implement scorecards to assist regional PFS and risk management teams in managing risk for business growth. - Monitor the performance of all scorecards implemented to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained. - Enhance and promote best practices in modeling techniques, automation and management processes. - Conduct and experiment with various segmentation and scoring methods in order to improve the accuracy and quality of scoring solutions. - Conduct and experiment new decision analytics techniques to support new credit/marketing strategies. Requirements - Master graduate degree, preferrablely in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Risk Management or equivalent. - Advanced programming skills preferrablely in VBA, Java, or SAS. - Have a global mindset and be able to communicate to technical and non-technical customers in a clear and convincing manner. - Strong project management skills. - English fluency in listening, reading, speaking, as well as writing is a critical requirement.
