Responsibilities:
- Support Sr. Recruiter to Search Resumes ( database , internal, external ),Post JDs ( search engines )
- work closely with Consultant and clients to analyze & comprehend client background, job description
- Format and submit CVs as required by client
- Facilitate interview arrangements
- Maintain database of candidates
- Ensure onboarding processes are completed.
- Other tasks assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
? Associate degree or above
? Strong ability to learn and high potential to grow. Willing to face challenge and can work under pressure in effect.
? Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent.
? Highly motivated and results-oriented
? Strong business sense and information collecting skills; good priority management skill as well as time management skill and having ability in self-management;
? Must be familiar with Office software (word, excel ... etc)
? Experience with telephone sales or customer service is a plus.
? Good written/verbal communications skills in Chinese and English.
? At least 4 working days per week required, full time working hour is preferred
