客服专员将悉心担当向顾客、租户提供服务的工作，在第一时间给予他们最有效的支持

工作职责：

1.客户服务:为所有来三里屯Village购物的客人提供服务，包括回答客人问询、帮助客人实现完美的购物体验、帮助客人解决购物过程中的投诉、跟踪客人反馈、确保为客人提供良好的物业环境以及其他紧急发生的客户服务工作

2.租户联络：与所有三里屯Village的品牌租户维护良好的合作关系，为他们提供高质量的物业服务；随时跟踪品牌租户信息并不断提高物业管理服务水平

3.协助市场部品牌推广工作，积极协力各种艺术、文化及市场活动的开展，如街区文化活动、时尚走秀活动的支持和协调

The key responsibilities can be split into three areas:
1.Excellent Customer Service
2.answering customers' enquiries and complaints relating to all aspects of The Village in a professional and polite manner
3.assisting customers in any emergencies, etc.

Tenant Liaison
1.look after a zone of the arcade and assist tenants on their needs for daily management services.
2.convey the requests or complaints to the 24-hour Building Control Centre for immediate follow up action
3.maintain excellent relationship with all tenants by providing quality service to them
4.familiarize with tenant's product items and in-store promotions
5.tracking tenants' information in improving property management services.

Marketing Promotion Support
provide support to Marketing Department in all art, cultural and lifestyle events to be held at The Village.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
1.University degrees holder with 1 year's service industry experience;
2.Love to smile, are dynamic, have an outgoing personality, genuinely like people and can proactively respond to customers and tenants' needs;
3.Have a service oriented mindset, are friendly and attentive, are able to help customers and tenants with their enquiries in a warm and considerate fashion;
4.Are flexible and adaptable, are ready to fix issues in a prompt and creative manner;
5.Are a team player who likes working in an international environment, are ready to work side by side with other team members and to effectively carry out event organization duties.
