    Job Responsibility:
    Provide first line support on application and technical issues to users in the designated regions
    Work closely with other IT teams to address end users' problems &/or concerns relating to network infrastructure and business systems.
   
    Requirements:
    1. Have knowledge of computer hardware and LAN/WAN environment
    2. Be familiar with Window OS system, Office and Email system
    3. Be good on English and willing to support for users.
