Siemens Postdoctor Position
Position Title:
Postdoctor in Insulation Material & System （变压器/发电机绝缘材料）
Working Time:
Full time
Location:
Beijing
*occasionally travel to Shanghai & Guangzhou
Education:
- Major/Specialty: PhD in Polymer, Material Science & Engineering
- Consolidate knowledge and experience in insulation material & system (resins and composites)
- Hands on experience with characterization of insulation materials & system
- Knowledge and experience in Transformer and Generator is a plus
Main task/Requirements
- Develop experimental solutions for preparation and application of insulation materials
- Work together with Senior Scientists and business partners for trouble shooting and development of new solutions
- Make survey to insulation material R&D in universities and industrial companies, scouting technology trends in Transformer and Generator industry
- Carry out pre-development literature research and review report
- A good command of oral English is required
