麦德龙公司管理培训生招聘项目
麦德龙公司管理培训生招聘项目专为大学应届毕业生,或者拥有1-2年工作经验的历届大学毕业生开设。通过适当的定位、指导和职业发展,这些人将成为麦德龙明日的管理者,而2010年储备干部项目主要培养方向为商场楼层经理。该项目旨在促进组织更新,为公司发展注入新鲜的人才资源,以满足公司快速扩张的需求。
管理培训生项目历时3年。入选者将接受跨部门、全方位的培训和挂职锻炼。所有培训将针对每个人的情况精心设计,并由相关商场和人力资源部监管。
管理培训生要求:
(1) 学士学位,社会学科(如贸易/金融/法律/经济)和应用工程类(如应用科学/信息/食品技术)等专业优先
(2) 良好的在校表现和社会实践纪录。
(3) 良好的中英文口头和书面交流能力。
(4) 对商业或销售领域的工作有热忱。

4月13日 – 4月16日 笔试及面试

Metro Management Trainee Program:
The Metro China Management Trainee Program is targeting at fresh university graduates or graduates with 1-2 years working experience. With proper exposure, mentoring and career development, they will become our mangers of tomorrow. Management trainees in the 2010 program are mainly aimed to be Store Floor Managers in future. The objective of this program is to achieve organizational renewal, diversity initiatives, and to infuse Metro China with fresh talents to meet the fast expansion needs.
Management trainees will receive cross-functional training and on-the-job placement during their 3 years program period. The training itself is well designed for the individuals and monitored by the sponsoring store and Human Resource department.
Requirements:
(1) Bachelor Degree, Major in Social Science e.g. Trade /Finance/Law/Economy, or in Engineering Applied Science e.g. IT/Food Technology are preferred
(2) Good performance in the university and social practice
(3) Good at communication both in written and oral Chinese and English
(4) Passion in commercial or sales business field
