The Company is a professional textile enterprise integrating manufacture and trade. Equipped With over 300 Picanol High-speed Dobby Rapier Looms and advanced auxiliary processing epuipment, the company has formed an annual production capacity of 20 million yards of top-grade garment fabric.62 advanced corduroy cutting m/c enable an annual output of 50 million yards of various Kinds of corduroy fabrics cuttings and singeing. Besides, the company has Joint venture Printing and Dyeing Mill with the world’s biggest textile enterprise, Shandong Weiqiao Textile Group to enhance the company’s operation capability. Weilian Printing and Dyeing Mill owns six Continuous Dyeing Lines(including a German Montforts E-Control dyeing line),and two 16-color STORK MBK Rotary Screen Printing Lines and equipped with international advanced facilities including raising, sueding, shearing, coating, setting, shrinking,etc.,and the complete set of laboratory equipment for testing appointed by the ITS. By adopting environment-friendly additives and non-azo dyes, all the products can pass European Oeko-Tex-100 testing, with annual productivity of 96 million yards. To meet the market’s need, the company established a new wholly-owned printing and dyeing mill in Jiangyin, It was put operation in 2005, whose scale and function is the same with Shandong Weilian Printing and Dyeing Mill. Therefore, we could provide faster and more convenient services to our clients in the south.
