IT Intern:

Targets and competences of the function:

The position holder will supporting the preparation and rollout of the hardware for the local and field based staff for business launch.

Specific Tasks includ:

Support F&I Rollout
·         Check proxy settings/VPN gateway
·         Ensure CAP/DAS accounts activated
·         Check system access ok
·         Update fixed assets sheet
·         Assist with ordering of new equipment
·         Ensure hardware rolled out (Scanner and printer) and work with FZ to ensure installed
Support New Users in Beijing Office
·         Update Fixed assets for new starters
·         Assist with ordering of new equipment
·         Check payments requests and purchase applications for new starters
Follow-up with FZ for g-client machine builds

Qualification:

- IT or Business Administration

- Knowledge of IT favourable

- Intern, final year of studies (University Level)

- Background in IT

- Good organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Confident to use the phone and speak directly to F&I’s
- Speaking English would help for dealing with IT Manager

- Available for Minimum of 2 months from April.
- Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
