Job Description:
· Drafting correspondence and documentation under lawyer supervision
· Assisting with document review including checking contract format and typo
· Assisting lawyers for printing and files binding
· Assisting lawyers to prepare documents required in pre-closing
· Handling post-closing matters
including preparation of bound closing sets and follow the consequential procedures
· Gathering, organizing and maintaining precedent collections
· Revising, proofreading and distributing drafts agreements and other transactional documents.

Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree with major in Law
· 1-2 years' experience as legal assistant/paralegal, no matter in law firm or FIEs
· Fluent in written and oral English
· Analytical thinking individual and be a good team player
· Good communication skill, open-minded, eager to learn
and to develop through practice, diligent (good if intelligent as well), responsible and responsive.
