MISSION:
Ensure that my products operate correctly within the information system.
Involved in new projects to measure and validate their impact on my products.
Decide on the actions required to increase the autonomy: of supervision; of "customer support" and proximity
poles; of job organisations.
Responsible for the smooth operation (pro-active) of my products, and decide to implement action plans to this
end. (Depending on product strategies and/or changes to jobs.)
Deal with incidents according to the support chart.
Take part in the changes to service contracts and apply them.
PROFILE:
Sports enthusiast
Good command of spoken/written English;
Good sense of service, responsibility and team spirits;
Good sense of organization
Good communications skills (collective and individual)
Background in information technology is a plus.
