职位描述:
-为某知名厂商的最终客户,经销商,合做伙伴提供打印机相关产品的专业全面的技术支持;
-通过电话和网络在最短的时间内解决客户软件/硬件的技术问题,派单并做好详细记录;
-处理客户的电话投诉
-收集客户Email地址并负责Email技术支持
-定期创建用于Web支持的技术类文档并上传到客户系统中
-定期总结相关产品问题和技术问题的报告
职位要求:
-大专以上学历,计算机相关专业(技术条件优秀都可降低要求);
-精通计算机硬件维护,能对计算机故障做出快速反应,尤其是办公类设备(打印机,复印机,传真等);
-善于与客户电话沟通,进行远程技术支持。善于分析问题,具有严密的思维;
-有良好的客户服务意识,以客户为尊;
-具有良好的团队合作精神;
-具有良好的接受和学习能力;
-欢迎应届生应聘,有客户服务经验者优先;
