Position: C&B Intern
Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
For assisting in C&B process and clients, providing professional services based on HR business process outsourcing related to the compensation and benefits and other specialized services.
Key Responsibilities:
n Management of employee personal files, documents, information, etc
n Assisting in Social Security & Housing Fund Contribution, IIT declaration, etc.
n Collection of C&B/Group Insurance information.
n Preparation of basic reports & analysis of C&B data.
n Assisting in applying for Work Permit, Residence Permit, etc.
Job Requirements:
n University degree and above in Human Resource/Management(must have)
n At least 3 working days per week (must have)
n Good communication and interpersonal skills
n Conversant with Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, etc
n Strong sense of integrity, resourceful, initiative, self-motivated, sociable creative
