Assistant to Architect Project Manager

From our Shanghai office, local and international architects, landscape designers, interior designers, urban designers, engineers, 3D artists, sociologists and marketers partner together on all projects. Assistant to Project Manager
Responsibility
The Assistant to Project Manager is a junior architect working with an architect to provide administrative support to the design team. He/She proactively seeks, prepares, and provides information that is helpful for smooth project operations and assists architects to coordinate and communicate with other members of the design team or auxiliary departments, as well as with management and clients. They are also required to design and detail commercial projects infrastructure projects and institutional interiors. He/She should also be able to develop ideas, prepare designs and drawings as well as make working models. Part of their responsibilities include taking meeting minutes and prepare texts and files, compile data and perform computations to support our architects.
Requirements:
_ Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or related field
_Proficient in Mandarin and English, oral and written
_excellent communication skills
_excellent communication skills
_high reliability and trustworthy
_fully conversant with drafting in Autocad and expertise in Photoshop is preferred

助理建筑师
职位描述
助理建筑师需具备设计的能力，掌握项目基础设施结构的细部和了解国内的基础设施规范。助理建筑师需辅助建筑师在团队内部及团队外部之间的沟通。他/她应有深化概念，准备设计及图纸，制作模型的能力。另外，助理建筑师的职责还包括记录会议纪要、准备资料和文件，协助建筑师整合和核算其所需要的数据。
经验/技能
-建筑学本科或硕士学历以上
-较高的中英文口语及书面交流水平
-出色的交流技巧
-较高的可靠度
_熟练使用Autocad，会使用Photoshop 者优先
