客户服务支持工程师 (3名)

职位描述:

配合项目经理参与现场协调工作;

服从项目经理的安排,完成项目的实施;

配合项目经理或销售,完成售后服务;

及时向公司客户服务中心反馈客户的服务信息;

 

任职要求:1.计算机或信息技术相关专业本科以上学历;2.熟悉Linux, Windows 操作系统基本配置和操作;

3.有网络设备(路由器/交换机/防火墙)配置经验者优先;4.良好的英语读写能力;5.主动解决技术问题,有好的沟通能力和合作精神

 

销售助理 (2名)

职位描述:

1.客户日常关系的维护;2.具备出色的人际沟通及能力,擅于与他人合作,有创新精神;3.学习能力强,反应灵敏,能承受工作压力;4.一年以上IT客服工作经验,优先考虑。

任职要求:1. 本科以上学历。

2. 英语口语良好,英文专业者优先考虑

4. 具备良好身体素质,品貌端正,心态积极向上,喜欢销售工作,有敬业精神和团队精神,具有工作热情和自我能动性;普通话标准流利,较强的语言沟通表达能力和谈判技巧5. 工作认真细致,责任心强,较强的沟通能力和协调能力,具备团队精神。
