Location: Shanghai
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1． Assist dept manager on drafting company training plan and training budget.
2． Participate in program design, facilitator arrangement and evaluation according to company training plan. Provide suggestions to management team if necessary.
3． Be responsible for all training program logistics and coordination, e.g. training date, venue and participants notification. Assist facilitators on design, materials delivery, and so on.
4． Be responsible for evaluation on all training programs and provide relevant reports to the management team.
5． Be responsible for filing training record and other information.
REQUIREMENTS:
1． Bachelor degree in Psychology, English, HR or administration related.
2． Strong coordination and communication ability.
3． Fluent mandarin and English language in both writing and speaking.
4． Good judge and decision making, even under stress.
5． Detail oriented.
6． Be familiar with office soft wares.
